Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be kept in its original brand packaging with all tags intact.

Mandatory: Unboxing Video for All Claims

To prevent fraudulent claims and protect your purchase, an uninterrupted, raw unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any return, refund, or exchange.

  • How to record: Start filming before opening the courier flyer or box. Show the shipping label clearly, and record the continuous process of unboxing and inspecting the timepiece/accessory. The video must have no cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Please note: In the absence of a valid, uncut unboxing video, M2 Brand reserves the right to reject any claims regarding transit damages, incorrect products, or missing items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment gateway wallet again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or banking institution; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@m2brand.co.in.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email at support@m2brand.co.in along with your mandatory unboxing video for verification. Once approved, we will provide you with the next steps to send your item to our Bengaluru facility.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to our operational address. Please contact us via email prior to shipping to receive the exact return address details.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final settlement.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item safely.
